What You Will Do:
Bowei Solutions is seeking an AI / Technical Specialist to support the development and implementation of AI-driven systems, digital infrastructure, and data-driven workflows.
You will work closely with strategy and execution teams to turn business needs into scalable technical solutions. This role bridges technical capability and practical application, supporting client projects across AI platforms, deep technology, and data-driven systems.
Responsibilities include building and improving workflows, integrating tools and platforms, and supporting systems that drive outreach, lead generation, and operational efficiency. You will also contribute to designing scalable infrastructure that supports consistent execution across projects.
What You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Experience working with AI tools, automation, or data systems
- Strong problem-solving and systems thinking ability
- Ability to design and implement scalable workflows
- Comfort working across multiple tools, platforms, and integrations
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
What Would Be Nice To Have:
- Experience with APIs, databases, or scripting
- Familiarity with AI workflows, LLM tools, or automation platforms
- Experience supporting marketing, growth, or outreach systems
- Exposure to data pipelines or system architecture
