What You Will Do:
Bowei Solutions is seeking a Google Ads Manager to plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns that drive qualified traffic, leads, and performance.
You will work closely with strategy and content teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with positioning, messaging, and go-to-market objectives. This role focuses on execution, testing, and continuous improvement across campaigns serving clients in biotech, deep technology, AI platforms, and industrial B2B.
Responsibilities include structuring campaigns, managing budgets, optimizing performance, and improving conversion through data-driven decisions. You will also support alignment between ads, landing pages, and overall funnel performance.
What You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Experience managing Google Ads campaigns (B2B preferred)
- Strong analytical and optimization skills
- Ability to structure campaigns clearly and logically
- Attention to detail and performance tracking
- Ability to work independently and improve campaigns over time
What Would Be Nice To Have:
- Experience working with technical or B2B products
- Familiarity with conversion tracking and analytics tools (e.g., GA4, GTM)
- Experience with landing page optimization and funnel improvement
- Understanding of keyword strategy and search intent
