What You Will Do:
Bowei Solutions is seeking a Project Manager to lead and coordinate client projects across positioning, go-to-market strategy, and execution.
You will work closely with founders, leadership teams, and internal specialists to ensure projects are clearly structured, aligned, and delivered effectively. This role sits at the center of our work, bridging strategy and execution across multiple industries including biotech, deep technology, AI platforms, and industrial B2B.
Responsibilities include managing timelines, coordinating across functions, and ensuring clarity in communication across all stakeholders. The Project Manager will also help structure workflows, track progress, and ensure consistent delivery across multiple workstreams.
What You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in project management, consulting, or operations
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain clarity
- Comfort working with technical or complex subject matter
What Would Be Nice To Have:
- Experience working with B2B, technology, or consulting projects
- Familiarity with go-to-market, marketing, or strategy workflows
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
